Longing

I thought yesterday about events more than 30 years old. All of the things that happened were long ago.I felt a sense of relief, and yet a tinge oflonging.

I have not been able to do justice to Vidian’s samples, which were great fun to listen to these past few days. This piece is created by taking the instrumental portions of two tracks, dropping them as pathches into a synthesizer, and creating a new song entirely created from Vidian’s sound, but based on a different aesthetic based on simple tinkertoy melodies and percussion with a cartoon flair.
