The Funicular Xavier (Croatian: Uspinjača Ksaver) is a funicular in Zagreb, Croatia. It is situated in Ksaver district, 2km north of the Zagreb funicular.

Zagreb was expected to get a second funicular in the early 1980s . Originally built and used to transport building materials during construction in the Ksaver region, the machinery was allowed to fall into disrepair and never used to service the local population. For over 30 years stairs were the only connection between residential and commercial spaces in the area.[1]

After a campaign by Ksaver locals, the mayor of Zagreb Milan Bandić arranged for the city to provide over 2 million Croatian kuna to renovate the funicular. It reopened in late 2013 with four stations servicing the area.[2]
