I just encountered this revert on the talk page of the IP you reverted. That was a very good edit, and your restoration of it was a violation of BLP policy -- we cannot have people's addresses on their articles, and you should not restore disputed unsourced content to a BLP. I appreciate your enthusiasm as a new patroller, but it's important to take things slowly and look carefully at what you're reverting, especially on BLPs. Many IPs are quite experienced editors who simply aren't editing from an account for whatever reason, and assuming by default that IP removals (or new editor removals) are suspicious can lead to mistakes like this. Hello, thanks for your efforts re that user, but FYI if you see an editor use edit summaries like that, report them straight to WP:AIV as long-term abuse. I've indefblocked them and revdel'd their edit summaries. They're a copycat of one of the most pernicious abusers the site has ever seen. Email me if you want to know more.
