Huang Kuo-chang

Huang Kuo-chang (黃國昌; Huáng Guóchāng; born 19 August 1973) is a Taiwanese politician. He was the member of Legislative Yuan on 1 February 2016 until 31 January 2020.

• This is not the first time a branch of the executive (Presidential Office) has refused to answer questions (regarding cigarette smuggling scandal) from the legislative body using that excuse and I am sure it will not be the last.
