I got this message from the system when I tried to edit another user page:

Hmm, that guy might have different issue, as that user said "I have good contributions on Incubator", and Ajraddatz told me to withdraw my attempt to request global ban. Probably needs more focus on their future behaviors.Sorry for my fault looking, I originally guess you're editing POSSUM one.
