My work
On March 24, 2012 I joined the board of Wikimedia Nederland. In 2013 I started discussions of setting up a Wikpedia Education program in the Netherlands. In 2014 I was responsible as board member for International Affairs and Education program. A feasibility study was conducted and ther first pilot project in the Education Program were started in the Netherlands. In 2015 Bart Nieuwenhuis, professor of Business and Innovation at University Twente joined the board and I gladly handed responsibility for the Education Program to him. As the only Wikipedian on the board I was asked in 2015 to assume responsibility for Community. I left the board on May 20, 2016.
