Although initially slated for an October 30, 2018[3] release, the deluxe edition of Star Wars: Smuggler's Guide was pushed back to November 13, 2018.[1] When a fan asked the reason for the delay, author Daniel Wallace cited logistical issues in international shipping, but said he expected the issue to be resolved soon.[4]
- The names of the Rimma Trade Route and Corellian Trade Spine are erroneously swapped in the map on page 6, as confirmed by Daniel Wallace on Twitter.[5] Also on page 6, Kashyyyk is misspelled as "Kashyyk."
- On page 68, valachord is seemingly misspelled as 'vanachord' as stated by Matt Martin.[6]
- The Meson Martinet is incorrectly depicted as an XS stock light freighter.
- On page 114, the Graceful Promising is spelled as Grateful Promising despite the former spelling appearing on pages 7 and 113.
