NOTICE: Actala's demo is currently receiving a complete overhaul, including all new art, extended scenes for all the LIs except Liam, revised script, and an entirely new game engine. The fairy tale is over. The Hero won. But the story is just beginning.
Shizuka Mitsumori has spent years trying to protect her childhood friend, the Hero, from the perils that assailed him at every turn. At long last, his quest is over. Even during the celebrations, however, new dangers emerge. Dangers more treacherous than monsters. Dangers that threaten the life of the kingdom’s strongest man.
Can the side character save the Hero?
Can you find the happily ever after?
- Five love interests: Five love interests, each with dramatically different storylines. Who’s the hero, and who’s the villain? Who lives, and who dies? Your choices will decide.
- Unique, animated illustrations: The story is entirely depicted with unique, animated illustrations, similar to an interactive comic book. The demo alone has over 140 images, including 45 CGs!
- Fragments of the Past: As you play, unlock Fragments of the Past. These additional scenes allow you to gain a better understanding of the characters by exploring their pasts before the events of the main story.
- Route Map: Easily navigate through the story using the Route Map feature.
- Extensive playtime: Act 1 contains over 60,000 words (4+ hours of playtime). The full game will contain over 350,000 words (20+ hours of playtime).

PLEASE NOTE:
This page is a demo version of Act 1. You can meet all of the LIs in this version, but while there will be route-specific scenes for each of the LIs in Act 1 in the full game, only Liam's scenes and some of Faye's are available in this version. If you want a guide for how to get them, look below:

You can choose between interacting with Faye and Liam in Chapter 4. To get Faye's scene, choose "the Eastern district." For Liam's, choose "the Southern district." There will be different versions of Chapter 5 depending on the LI you choose, but only Liam is available in this demo (Chapter 5A). You can choose between interacting with Faye and Liam in Chapter 6. This will determine who comes to hang out with you later in the chapter.Who's making the game?
