You nominated "File:Child affected by malnutrition 1921-1923 Famine in Soviet Russia.jpg" for renaming on 27 November 2010 to the present filename. On 3 December 2010, Lvivske nominated the file to be transferred back to the original name with the edit summary "bad faith edits caused name to be changed incorrectly". As there is a dispute about what the proper name of the file should be, the file should not be renamed until the matter is discussed on the talk page of the file and a consensus is reached. — Cheers, JackLee talk 10:18, 3 December 2010 (UTC)Reply

I have filed a report against you at Commons:AN/B. See here. ~~ Lothar von Richthofen (talk) 18:49, 12 November 2011 (UTC)Reply

In relation to the report by others, but concerning numerous editors at Commons:Administrators'_noticeboard/Blocks_and_protections#Jo0doe please note that I have found that you all have been disruptive on File:Child affected by malnutrition.jpg for reverting without any discussion. Another admin has now indefinitely protected the file, and has now advised that you have until 1 January 2012 to fix the copyright status of the file. russavia (talk) 02:46, 15 November 2011 (UTC)Reply
