The Omega Ω is a V8 engine produced by Hyundai Motor Company. It is a dual overhead cam design with electronic multiport fuel injection or gasoline direct injection.

The G8AA (also called the 4.5D) displaces 4.5 L (4498 cc) with a 86 mm (3.4 in) bore, 96.8 mm (3.81 in) stroke and a 10.7:1 compression ratio. Output is 260 PS (191 kW; 256 hp) at 5,500 rpm and 38.8 kg⋅m (380 N⋅m; 281 lbf⋅ft) of torque at 3,500 rpm. The dry weight of the engine is 236 kg (520 lb).

The G8AB displaces 4.5 L (4498 cc) with a 86 mm (3.4 in) bore, 96.8 mm (3.81 in) stroke. Output is 270 PS (199 kW; 266 hp) at 5,500 rpm and 38 kg⋅m (373 N⋅m; 275 lbf⋅ft) of torque at 4,500 rpm or 268 PS (197 kW; 264 hp) at 5,500 rpm and 37.6 kg⋅m (369 N⋅m; 272 lbf⋅ft) of torque at 4,000 rpm.
