Norah Weinstein is an American businesswoman, and was named as one of Time's 100 Most Influential People of 2024[1].

She is the Co-CEO of the nonprofit Baby2Baby, which has helped distribute over 22 million diapers and other essentials to low-income families, and is so influential that FEMA reached out to them for help during the pandemic[2].

She was instrumental in eliminating the tax on diapers in California, working with Governor Gavin Newsom.[3] Weinstein said, "I think when people are paying $70 to $80 per month per baby on diapers, and when they are the fourth highest expenditure after food and rent and utilities, it’s not small."[4]

Before co-founding Baby2Baby, she was a corporate lawyer,[5] having graduated from UC Berkeley Law with highest honors.[6] She also interned for Bill Clinton during his presidency.[7]

She's spoken at Fast Company's Innovation Festival[8] and South by Southwest (SXSW).[9]

She's also a children's book author, having co-written a Bear to Share.[10]

She's been named one of CNBC's "Changemakers," profiled in the Jewish Journal,[11]

She resides in Los Angeles, California with her husband Brian and their two children, Sloane and Graham.[12]
