Anand Nyamagouda is an Indian politician and agriculturist who serves as the chairman of Jamakhandi Sugars Ltd,[1] which is the first farmers' public limited company in India, incorporated in 1993 to establish a sugar and co-generation project. He is the son of late Siddu Nyamagouda, a senior Congress leader and former Minister of State for Coal in the Government of India.[2] Anand has represented the Jamkhandi constituency once as an Indian National Congress candidate in the 2018 Karnataka Legislative Assembly election.[3][4]

Anand Nyamagouda was born in 1983 to Siddu Nyamagouda and is an MBA graduate.[5]
