It seems apparent that the customer does not distinguish Wikipedia the website, Wikipedia's volunteers, and this company. When this person has follow up concerns about the paid editing they purchased, they seek to continue the business relationship with Wikipedia volunteers as if there were no difference. It is a burden for Wikipedia volunteers to be pressured to fulfill service requests encouraged by paid editing companies.
