Autoglym manufactures a range of car care and valeting products for the Retail, Trade and Public Services markets, in over 45 countries around the world.

Established in 1965, the British manufacturer is based in Letchworth, Hertfordshire and is part of the Altro Group.

The company's products are used by enthusiasts and professionals, and include customers such as vehicle manufacturers/ distributors, bodyshops, professional valeting companies and transport operators. The product range consists of high quality exterior (chassis, bodywork, wheels), interior and glass care products. It also includes Autoglym LifeShine, a dealer-applied system of treatments that provides long-lasting protection for the paintwork, glass and upholstery of a car.

In March early 2009 Autoglym launched its ‘Perfect Palm’ device. This lightweight, ergonomic device is for the application of cleaning and polishing products. It ‘self-grips’ to the fingers of the hand, delivering exceptional performance with minimum physical effort.

These devices are the first two versions of Ambidexx[1], a revolutionary form that enables any job that involves spreading or applying a product by hand to be done effortlessly.

Autoglym High Definition Wax is a new product designed to meet the needs of car owners wishing to achieve an ultimate finish to the highest standard. It contains a blend of durable waxes, combined with selected solid saturated hydrocarbons and oils. Surfaces treated with High Definition Wax display very high gloss combined with exceptional resistance to environmental contaminants e.g. salt, detergents, UV light, acid rain, industrial fallout, etc.

Autoglym currently holds 2 Royal Warrants in the UK as Supplier of Car Care Products.
