Today, Godoy continues to perform leading roles in operas ranging from [[Gaetano Donizetti|Donizetti]] to [[Giuseppe Verdi|Verdi]], as well as in French romantic operas such as [[George Bizet|Bizet]] ([[Don José|Carmen|Carmen Opera]]) and [[Charles Gounod|Gounod]] ([[Roméo et Juliette|Romeo]]).
