Harvey Hughes has been designing systems that are nationally known for helping At-Risk students in public schools and has been serving this population for 30 years in 35 states. This technology was designed to help schools manage Discipline, Disproportionality, Discrimination, and Academic Growth. During the last six years, his focus has been Equity of Education which includes equitable delivery of both Discipline and Instruction.

Harvey Hughes was born on January 26, 1962, in St. Joe, Missouri. In his early years, his family moved around southern states such as Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Texas, but eventually moved to Mountain Home, Arkansas when he was in the 9th grade and played football for the Mountain Home Bombers.
