==Plot==

The story pick up a few years after the events in [[Local Kung Fu]]. Charlie has broke up with his girldfriend, Sumi. The troublesome trio of Dulu, Tansen, and Koku has continued and expanded their thugs activities. However, one of their action inadvertently led to destroying of their childhood teacher dream of giving education to underprivileged children.
