Based in Sweden, Flexenclosure AB is a specialist developer of hybrid power systems and pre-fabricated data centres principally for the ICT industry.

Ownership

Flexenclosure is privately owned. Its major shareholders are: • Industrifonden, a large Swedish investment fund • Pegroco Invest, a privately owned Swedish investment company • Andra AP-fonden (AP), a Swedish pension fund • International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group and the largest global development institution focused exclusively on the private sector. Products

Flexenclosure has two main product lines.

eSite is a hybrid power system that uses the most appropriate combination of grid, battery, generator and renewable energy sources to power telecom base station sites.

eCentre is a modular facility for housing and powering data and telecom equipment. 

History

A former subsidiary of Pharmadule Emtunga AB, Flexenclosure was founded in1989 before becoming an independent company in 2007.
