It is located at 181 Wellington Street West, on the western edge of the downtown core, on the border of Toronto's entertainment district. The Tower is complete and the hotel opened on February 16, 2011.

The 53-story Ritz-Carlton will be approximately 213 metres (699 ft)[2] tall along with a total floor area of 65,030 square metres (700,000 sq ft). The exterior will consist of a post-modern glass facade. The interior will include 267 Ritz Carlton hotel rooms as well as 159 Ritz- Carlton managed condominiums. The hotel will occupy the lower 20 floors then with 21 and 22 as maintenance and from 23-53 will hold the residences.

Details

The skyscraper includes a 2,100 square metres (23,000 sq ft) spa.[3]

Penthouse are proposed at $11,000,000 CAD(sold). Suite prices: $700,000 CAD to over $8,000,000 CAD.
