As I already explained [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Talk:Tagantsev_conspiracy#Looking_at_Russian_language_sources here] and [http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Talk%3ATagantsev_conspiracy&diff=548431887&oldid=548316545 here], according to mainstream version (official version of governmental commission and books written by an independent historian who had access to archives), Gumilev was not involved in any military conspiracy, and the case was "completely fabricated": all victims including Gumilev were officially rehabilitated.
