It seems to me that this template is inflammatory on purpose. It duplicates the category and as such should be eliminated as soon as possible. Many entries ([[Marmaroshchyna]], marked as part of today's Ukraine, [[Black Sea Ukraine]], etc) smack of nationalistic [[original research]].
