Such motions are ''not'' open to community approval or not, the only people who may vote there are arbs, for crying out loud. The discrepancy with policy was noted there by EdChem, but brushed away by the arbs. :::Indeed, it is not subject to community approval whether the Arbitration Committee will enforce community policy. It is up to community approval what the community policy is.
