Update on this, my long-time server that was running Cydebot for over ten years appears to have finally kicked the bucket. I'm not physically located near it, so I can't deal with it in person. The good news is I already pre-emptively off-loaded all the files I'd need to start Cydebot back up and running a long time ago. I've started spinning up the Cydebot tasks on Wikimedia Tool Labs. I just got around to figuring out how crontab and Grid works on Tools Lab (and setting that all up). It should be working continuously now, on CFDW and CFDW/Large anyway; other tasks to come soon.
