Fixed it. [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Wikipedia:Categories_for_discussion/Working&diff=870769025&oldid=870696452 This change] was the cause, because it changed the section header for moves (by one character). I've modified the bot to allow the presence of a comma there and it's correctly picking up moves now.
