Per neutrality rules, I left them the same message that I left Slim. Also, please note this: [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Administrators'_noticeboard#Advice_on_AE_procedures] I asked about this matter at the AN noticeboard. When I say that I got no answer, I mean my request was closed with no answer. The pages on AE and discretionary say nothing about this issue and time was ticking, so I made my best guess.
