THIS USER HAS LEFT WIKIPEDIA

I have things that I want to do in life: I want to study for an MBA and I want to get more involved in the community. I worked on Wikipedia because I liked the fact that people here respect me and because I was contributing to the greater good (i.e. an encyclopedia). However in recent months I have been receiving more vandalism, abuse and death threats than ever before and that became greater than the respect I was getting from my friends. So Wikipedia was getting in the way of my ambitions and not contributing to them, and I have never beaten about the bush with regard to achieving my personal goals. Therefore I have closed this account down and do not intend to ever open it again. I think Wikipedia is a fantastic resource and I look forward to using it more in the future for that purpose, however the vandals have total control of this site and admin-bashing has now become the norm.

If anyone would like to contact me my email provider is yahoo.com. However I reserve the right to not reply.

Graham x

  • *tear* You were the first user to welcome me way back in the day, I'm very sorry to see you go. However, much luck with your MBA and real life, I hope all goes well. -- Natalya 01:25, 19 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
  • I can't believe you have decided to throw in the towel after so long, and so many valuable contributions. Have a rest, have a beer, and come back soon refreshed and invigorated. Giano | talk 22:04, 20 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
  • Hey Francs. Well, it appears another great editor has left Wikipedia. Daniel (above) was right, I will certainly miss you a lot. You cheered me up greatly whenever I was feeling blue, and made my day better whenever we talked. I hope you return one day, but until then, wherever you go, I hope you have a great time doing it. Cheers and good luck mate. — The King of Kings 21:45 July 16 '06
  • I hope this is not another Gator1/Katefan0-type situation...05:49, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
  • I'll miss our discussions on nationalistic issues :) Good Luck in life and hope to see you again some day. I also have MBA things going on. Let me know how things turn up. --Gokhan 20:05, 17 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
  • I'm sorry to see you go, but I fully understand. I was gone for over a year before I finally got my steam back up and decided to re-enter the cesspool that parts of Wikipedia has become. If you never come back, take solace in the good work that you did here. If you decide to come back, you will be welcomed. User:Zoe|(talk) 20:14, 20 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
  • I'm also really sorry to see you go, but I understand fully, the real life is always far more important. Best of luck, and hopefully we'll see you again someday. All the best -- Banes 10:30, 22 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
  • Wikipedia is having a major break down right now. I can understand francs leavin for a good cause. But Moe, things that are brought up by him are in his favor, he is correct every single time, and why I dont spend too much time on here, its true, wikipedia upholds its great laws then allows someone to break em and nothing is goin down. Shame... I only check to see how yall have yet again...made some error, against moe, i aint on much but, i do care that moe has left...Hope he comes back, he will b hearin from me by e mail. Well, if i have anymore rants, you will hear from me.....a dang shame (I would say damn but, I dunno if yall like censor or things like that).---Slipknot222 09:22, 28 July 2006 (UTC)Reply
  • I feel bad that you left. In fact, I had come to wish you on the ocassion of your first edit day. I think that real life issues are important, but still continuing the association with wikipedia would have been no impediment to your real life ambitions. Let the vandals do their tricks, we are capable of dealing with them. All the best in your real life. You may respond, if you so wish, by sending me an e-mail. Thanks and reards. --Bhadani 00:40, 16 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
  • I enjoyed our conversations. I just came back myself after a long selfemposed leave of absence for similar reason. I may leave again. --71Demon 21:36, 31 December 2006 (UTC)Reply
  • And you're the one that welcomed me to wikipedia :( PseudoNym

  • User:Francs2050 is claiming you blocked this username for similiarity to his own. He has sent an e-mail to the unblocking list asking to be unblocked. He is a man with Frank as his first name and a surname begining with S and appears a legitimate new user to me. What username would be acceptable to you?Regards. I still use Wikipedia as a reference on a regular basis however have no desire to return using my admin account. It's good to see so many of you around, and keep up the good work.

Another editor has added the "{{prod}}" template to the article User talk:Yordzam X, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but the editor doesn't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and has explained why in the article (see also Wikipedia:What Wikipedia is not and Wikipedia:Notability). Please either work to improve the article if the topic is worthy of inclusion in Wikipedia or discuss the relevant issues at [[Talk:User talk:Yordzam X|its talk page]]. If you remove the {{prod}} template, the article will not be deleted, but note that it may still be sent to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:Flag of Buckinghamshire.png, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please see the discussion to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. roleplayer 01:27, 25 August 2008 (UTC)Reply

The Wikipedia article for the upcoming Cory McAbee's film Stingray Sam is nominated for deletion. Please contribute to the discussion.--DrWho42 (talk) 03:25, 20 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Grange Primary School, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Non notable primary school

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. I have nominated Aylesbury Youth Action, an article that you created, for deletion. I do not think that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Aylesbury Youth Action. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. Joe Chill (talk) 18:47, 6 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

I've history merged all the edits from your old talk page archives, but the archives are still deleted. User talk page history should almost never be deleted, especially in the case of bureaucrats or former bureaucrats. Hope you don't mind. Graham87 04:12, 26 November 2009 (UTC)Reply

Hello Francs2000! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 4 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. The biographies of living persons policy requires that all personal or potentially controversial information be sourced. In addition, to ensure verifiability, all biographies should be based on reliable sources. If you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 668 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:
