This is the second time you have interfered with this project and rendered it inactive. You have no business interfering with [[Wikipedia:WikiProject Directory/Description/WikiProject Soil|active projects like this one]]. In particular, you have no business interfering with projects you have never even participated in. We have been over this in some detail before. What is the matter with you? :{{u|Epipelagic}} I or any editor can mark a project active or inactive, and since you are not a member either, you can't really assess the project as active asbut it is evidently shown that there is no activity on WikiProject Soil. And because you are not a member, you don't really care to maintain the project but rather prove a point which is more counterproductive and dishonest of you than marking a obvious inactive project as inactive.
