Then [[User:Windrider24584]] came along and a ''completely different'' photo at the same name (which s/he should not have done). Windrider never then changed the text of the page to indicate who is the author of the new photo, or what license is has. For all we know, s/he got it from somewhere on the internet and the author isn't OK with the license.
