Your audacious statement about me not knowing René "personally" was an out and out falsehood and you know it as well as he does. If you really believed in "The Golden Rule" you would not be posting untrue gossip of a personal nature, which is '''none''' of your affair and that don’t concern you, in the least... If René doesn't care that his birthday information is accurate and you don't either, then so be it. However, if you really wanted to do something '''beneficial''' for him you'd attempt to help him change his FB birthday info to 'Public' rather than 'Friends of Friends.' You have no current "relationship" with Rene, nor ANY contact for years; your past history is not relevant NOW, as you pass yourself off as "knowing" him and presume to speak for him. I am no mere "acquaintance" - my friendship with Rene spans decades, and pre-dates your supposed involvement, so don't presume to lecture me - "gossip" you say? Nonsense! Pointing out the true stance of the situation is always preferable to deception; you don't like the fact you were called out on it.

I've got an even better idea...! As you apparently have absolutely no respect for me, why would you want to see my photographic work on René's page? Since you've known him personally, for "decades," you must have some nice pictures, of René, that you can upload to Wikimedia for the purpose of using on his page, right? That would kill two birds with one stone. I wouldn't care if your picture caption was incomplete and unprofessional looking with just the year of his birth displayed underneath.
