:{{u|Christopher Odhiambo}}, if a page meets one of the [[WP:CSD|criteria for speedy deletion]] (of which advertising/promotion is criterion [[WP:G11]]), the deadline doesn't apply, and the draft may be deleted immediately. I don't know about the content of the draft though, so I'll leave it up to RHaworth to reply further. But I think experienced people like you then should go and edit the page that has the important note that I presented, because now I guess it is confusing.
