*{{ec}} As I've found at [[Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/CassidyQ]], {{user2|DC}} and {{user2|Zoey Homes}} are {{confirmed}}. I've blocked Zoey Homes indefinitely. I've also disabled e-mail access for Zoey Homes ''and'' for DC. There's more work that needs to be done because of a related SPI that I have to merge into CassidyQ. In terms of Winkelvi's allegations, they are spot on. Zoey Homes's account was created 10 minutes after the seventh e-mail sent by DC. That doesn't, of course, mean that Winkelvi's reverts were justified (reviewing the comments above). My suggestion - and it's only that - is that perhaps Winkelvi could be unblocked early. I must say, though, that Winkelvi has had these self-control problems before, but, at the same time, they are often right about what they say and I do think their heart is in the right place. Plus, this particular instance had to be galling given the harassment involved.
