In [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Ministry_of_the_Interior_(Kyrgyzstan)&diff=prev&oldid=1245108535 this] edit they also replace this with Latin script and [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Osh_Region&diff=prev&oldid=1245163096 here] and [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Naryn_Region&diff=prev&oldid=1245162942 here] for subdivisions they just remove the Russian translations.
