It's been behaving extremely bizarrely (blocking an established user based upon no apparent evidence[https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Giano&oldid=925965167#I_appear_to_be_secretly_blocked], failing to leave a block message for the user, failing to respond with an explanation when requested by the user [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:Giano&diff=925960856&oldid=918192960&diffmode=source], and refusing to answer my query about it [https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:K6ka&diff=925992818&oldid=925992386&diffmode=source]).
