This is a [[Wikipedia:Requests for comment|Request for comment]] (RfC) on a proposal to implement [[Wikipedia:Community de-adminship|Community de-adminship]] (CDA) on the English Wikipedia. Community de-adminship (a form of Administrator Recall), would be a method for the Wikipedia community to remove the administrator tools from existing [[Wikipedia:Administrators|Administrators]] who have lost the confidence of the community.
