: I am fluent in Russian and I already explained him on my talk page why and how a free map can be perfectly made in half an hour, but he continues to insist. It might be important to notice that Vyacheslav84 was at some point was banned from Russian Wikipedia, was active on WO-like Russian resources explaining what a shithole Wikipedia is and why nobody ever would wont to work there, and then got unblocked and placed under mentorship and severe restrictions.
