I've just started filling in the Great Britain squad for the 2019 tour and I have a question about points and caps. Should they be recorded as the caps and points achieved at the start of the tour or at the end? :I would also lean towards the start. It makes more sense. Far be it for me to suggest the greatest game of all taking cues from soccer, but that it also how the soccer people do it.
