Pre-season and friendlies

On 8 March, Chelsea announced a planned return to the United States during pre-season with matches later confirmed against Wrexham, Club América, Celtic, Manchester City and Real Madrid.[113][114] A sixth friendly was later announced, against Inter Milan.[115]
