Pragmatic.ly is a web-based project management tool featuring real time collaboration. It is suitable for small software development teams (2-10 people). The product is distributed as software as a service (SaaS) and released in July 17, 2012.

This product originally created for internal use in a small consulting team based in China. Latter the team decide to distributed it as software as a service for public use then change the name from Fuddle to Pragmatic.ly and released in July 17, 2012.
