You are also blocked for edit warring to keep that image in the article. You are infringing on the copyright of Getty Images. They own the copyright, not you. You are also blocked for combative, hostile comments to editors who tried to warn you. But because he's the one who reported me like a lying coward he gets no disciplinary action. Very hypocritical of you is not an acceptable thing to say. This and similar combative remarks are unacceptable on a collaborative project. You are also misusing your user page and your user talk page. In order to be unblocked, you need to show and understanding of WP:COPYVIO, of edit warring, personal attacks, and proper use of your userpage and user talk page.
