Consider this a friendly reminder. That article would not survive AfD in its current condition. Is there any secondary coverage of this station that can be added? Sammi Brie (she/her • tc) 01:28, 29 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Sammi Brie Regrettably, I'm not able to find any secondary sources for this station. As the sole author of the article, I'll request a WP:CSD for it. Originally the WPAK article had been about the AM station in Farmville, VA. But, it was edited with minimal information on the FM station in Tigerton, WI. I turned it into a disambiguation page, and moved the AM station content to WPAK (AM) (which, admittedly, can also use some secondary sources). WPAK-FM is a community radio station, and it seems that the community stations don't get as many secondary sources as the commercial ones. -- DrChuck68 (talk) 16:51, 30 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
That's definitely correlated. Station age is a factor; with fewer newspapers and fewer people writing at newspapers and fewer people interested in radio more broadly, it gets a lot harder to find present-day sources on radio stations. Sammi Brie (she/her • tc) 16:52, 30 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

Just a heads up that I am working on filling the remaining state list gaps in Mexico and converting the remaining unconverted lists from the eswiki-style table-per-town template. Once these are done, I intend to begin a process to cull many Mexican station pages, mostly my creations, that I think would be tough for sourcing.
