- Keep. While this article could definitely use some clean up, this is an actual BSA council and there are plenty of other articles for other BSA councils (see HERE). Seems to me you either merge all council articles per WP:BRANCH (good luck with that) or you keep them separate. - Keep Many end users utilize Wiki to also discover their local council. Having each council listed with their information reinforces our validity as a trusted site for data. Needs a touch of updating. Agree with other users, this is a needed source of information. Merging all councils into one state page is a disservice to many.
