I happened to encounter this article and its current questionability, and I noticed the 1st AfD thus it's time for better attention again. My searches have only found expected mentions so far but nothing to suggest a larger amount of the needed coverage sources. Previously speedied, PRODed and nominated in 2013, Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Masum Pervez Rubel, before the 2015 one.
