Il est membre du groupe Il Divo depuis 2003, groupe qui a vendu plus de 30 millions de disques à travers le monde. Le groupe a sorti le 9 février 2024 un album studio intitulé "XX" pour fêter leurs 20 ans de carrière (2004/2024).

En 2000, un album solo est sorti intitulé « Libre ». Un second album solo « We came here to love » est sorti le . Un 1er single du même titre est sorti en . Un troisième album solo "From Seb with Love" est sorti le 28 septembre 2022.
