Табела изотопа показује све познате изотопе хемијских елемената, поређане по растућим атомским бројевима (броју протона, атомски број, симбол Z) слева надесно, и растућим бројем неутрона (симбол N) одозго надоле. Времена полуживота су означена бојом кућице за сваки изотоп према схеми десно. Боја оквира показује време полуживота најстабилнијег изомера. Свака тачка уцртана на графикону тако представља нуклид познатог или хипотетичког хемијског елемента. Овај систем уређења нуклида може понудити бољи увид у карактеристике изотопа од познатијег периодног система, који приказује само елементе, а не њихове изотопе. Графикон нуклида познат је и као Сегров графикон, по италијанском физичару Емилију Сегру.[1]
