Frank was born in Edgecombe County, North Carolina.[1] He played scholastically at Tarboro High School and collegiately at Winston-Salem State University.[1][2]
Frank spent six seasons in the NFL with the San Diego Chargers, Los Angeles Raiders, and Minnesota Vikings.[1][2]
