Joseph E. Streeter (YEAR – February 1863) was a justice of the Territorial Nebraska Supreme Court from 1861 to 1863.

"Joseph E. Streeter of Joliet, Illinois, brother-in-law of Speaker of the House Galusha Grow, was appointed associate justice of Nebraska, and died in office in February, 1863".[1]
