– or the second one could be Thomas Alvard (politician) or Thomas Alvard (Ipswich MP) or Thomas Alvard (MP for Ipswich). Wikipedia doesn't ordinarily use lifespan ranges (especially hyphenated ones) for disambiguation of people under WP:NCP.
