"Any time something is written against me, I not only share the sentiment but feel I could do the job far better myself. Perhaps I should advise would-be enemies to send me their grievances beforehand, with full assurance that they will receive my every aid and support. I have even secretly longed to write, under a pen name, a merciless tirade against myself."

Jorge Luis Borges

I'm an American who has been living in Germany for the past 20 odd years. I have a degree in Computer Sciences from the University of Applied Sciences in Augsburg, Germany with an interest in history and philosophy. Oh yes - both German and English are my native tongue.

As I have edited a few contentious issues in the field of politics, I feel some should know about my views.

  • I believe that most people are fundamentally good. That does not mean they always do good. Ignorance, poverty and poor judgement have been the mother of enough problems.
  • I don't subscribe to any ideology. Nothing is worse then an ideology. That includes as much religion as politics.
  • War is evil. It sometimes is the lesser evil. Sometimes

In that spirit, if you dislike anything I write, talk with me. I promise I'll be as open minded as humanly possible.
