Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed! Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Bearcat was:

The comment the reviewer left was:

Eight of the ten footnotes here are to primary sources that are not support for notability, and another is to a WordPress blog that is not support for notability at all. And the only one that is actually to a proper media outlet -- but sources have to be recoverable if anybody ever needs to verify that they really said what they're claimed to have said, so a citation to radio content has to actually link to a listenable copy of the radio report.
The sources here need to be newspaper articles, magazine articles or books, not content self-published the city or county governments, blogs or unarchived radio content that we can't verify.

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Thank you for your interest in local politics, but it should be mentioned that although Sanders and Clavelle were working with the Progressive Coalition, they did not run as candidates under that name. Jon698 (talk) 02:50, 29 April 2023 (UTC)Reply

Hello, JNOJ1423. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or Draft page you started, "Lincoln".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been deleted. When you plan on working on it further and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.

Thanks for your submission to Wikipedia, and happy editing. Liz Read! Talk! 21:05, 12 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

A tag has been placed on File:Terence Crawford.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the file appears to be a blatant copyright infringement. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Getty is a commercial image agency. The use of Getty images is very unlikely to meet our non-free content criteria as almost all uses will not meet WP:NFCC#2 as Getty makes their money licensing the images. If you are confused about licensing, and non-free content use, you can ask at Media Copyright Questions, or at the Tea House about an image before uploading it. -- Whpq (talk) 19:55, 15 August 2023 (UTC)Reply

Next time, I suggest that you actually read the article before you try to change it. Also, I'm not sure why you thought changing that value in the middle of the text with complete disregard for the rest of the article could be a good idea. --McSly (talk) 00:23, 3 October 2023 (UTC)Reply

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reasons left by The Herald were:

This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.

Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Traditionalist Catholicism. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. Unsourced and original research-based content does not belong on Wikipedia.   Hi JNOJ1423! I noticed that you have reverted to restore your preferred version of an article several times. The impulse to undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure you're aware that the edit warring policy disallows repeated reversions even if they are justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages to try to reach consensus. If you are unable to agree, please use one of the dispute resolution options to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of reverting can help you avoid getting drawn into an edit war. Thank you. ~ Pbritti (talk) 03:29, 25 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
