I'm going to be an attention-whore and post an admin review page here. Despite my underlying motives (world domination!) I'd like some kind of insight into how my actions are being comprehended by the general public, mortal or otherwise. Thanks very much :)  GARDEN  20:30, 19 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

  • hmmmm ... I guess we better get Rulers of the Planet beefed up to GA pretty quick .. lol. Being one of the "Lords on High" which must supervise the planet dominator underlings, I guess I better keep an eye out for you </sarcasm>. Actually Garden, I see a lot of your posts, but nothing really jumps out at me. You're usually calm, rational, and fairly straight-forward. I think you do good admin work. The only thing that I strongly disagree with you on (and about 1/2 the rest of the community apparently), is the topic ban issue of Dougs Tech. I'm just not a big fan of 1984 type of censorship. I understand the arguments that everyone is making on it, and I even know that a similar style got Kurt chased out of here - but I just don't think it's in line with the spirit of an open project like Wikipedia. Other than that, it's obvious that you know and implement our policies and guidelines very well. I think you're a good admin, and a big benefit to the community. — Ched :  ?  01:56, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Thanks for your kind words Ched. In my mind the issue of Dougstech has divided the community pretty square down the middle with a massive gap in opinion. I think I strongly disagree with about half of Wikipedia with my stance on that :P Thanks for the review!  GARDEN  08:31, 20 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • You should probably be studying rather than filing administrator reviews, but nevertheless I'll opt to enable you: You're doing a splendid job. No obvious cause for concern or complaint. Keep it up. AGK 22:59, 22 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
  • Glad to hear it. :-) Good luck with the remaining ones; they might not be one of the 'vital' ones, but they still count, so don't run out of steam just yet! Best, AGK 23:11, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
* Hehe, will try ;) Thanks, weburiedoursecretsinthegarden 19:18, 24 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
